Application
Start your journey by applying to Carepoint24. Once we receive your application, our team carefully reviews your documents and qualifications to ensure they meet the requirements for working in Germany. If your profile is suitable, we pre-qualify you and move you forward in the process toward your care career in Germany.

Language Preparation
If you are a qualified nurse and pass the initial selection, you will begin your German language training at our partner school Linguapoint24. The program takes you step by step to the required B1 or B2 level, depending on your professional requirements. You can learn flexibly online or on-site, preparing you for both everyday life and work in Germany.

Interview
Once you have made progress in your German language training, we will match you with suitable healthcare facilities in Germany. We then arrange interviews with potential employers so you can present your skills, experience, and motivation directly to the organization that could become your future workplace.

Employment Contract
After a successful interview process, you will receive an employment offer from a suitable healthcare institution in Germany. Once all details are agreed, you will sign a work contract, typically for 2 to 3 years, securing your position and starting point for your professional career in Germany.

End-to-end support, even after successful placement.
After approximately 6 months of language training, and once you have achieved your B1 or B2 certificate along with a signed employment contract, you will begin your visa application at the German embassy. We support you throughout the entire process, including document preparation and submission, and continue to assist you until your visa is successfully issued and you are ready to travel to Germany.

We are looking for qualified and motivated care professionals, especially nurses, from Jordan and other countries. Applicants should have a relevant qualification in healthcare and a strong motivation to work and live in Germany.
Do I need to speak German before applying?
No, you do not need to speak German before applying. If your profile is suitable, we will support you with structured German language training through our partner school Linguapoint24 until you reach the required B1 or B2 level.
How long does the entire process take?
The process usually takes several months. After approximately 6 months of language training and once you reach the required language level, we proceed with employer interviews and the visa application process.
Will I get help with finding a job in Germany?
Yes. We match qualified candidates with suitable healthcare employers in Germany and organize interviews with potential workplaces that fit your profile and qualifications.
